Donations

All payments made on this website are treated as voluntary donations to support educational content, learning initiatives, and community activities run by CodingCircle.

Cancellation Policy

Once a donation is successfully made, it cannot be cancelled. Donations are processed immediately through Razorpay and are considered final.

Refund Policy

As donations are voluntary and made in good faith:

  • No refunds will be issued for any donations once the payment is completed.
  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect amount selection, or any other personal reasons.

Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

In case of:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical errors resulting in multiple deductions

You may contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid payment details. Such cases will be reviewed, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed at our discretion.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be initiated within 5–7 working days
  • The credited amount timeline depends on your bank or payment provider
