The Intern Bachelors Software Engineer position is based at Honeywell’s technology center in Hadapsar Industrial Estate, Pune. Software interns collaborate with lead architects to design, code, unit-test, and deploy software modules powering enterprise automation, industrial analytics, and smart building management.

• Software Development & Coding: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code in Object-Oriented or functional programming languages (Java, Python, or C++).
• Agile Software Life Cycle: Participate actively in daily Agile standups, code reviews, and sprint planning sessions within cross-functional engineering teams.
• Component Testing & Debugging: Develop unit test cases, isolate software bugs, and perform debugging across local and staging environments.
• Architecture & Functional Specifications: Collaborate with senior engineers to document software requirements, design specifications, and API endpoints.
• Technology Exploration: Learn and apply modern software engineering principles, microservices design patterns, and enterprise cloud tools.

Academic Status & Discipline

• Degree: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (B.E. / B.Tech) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related quantitative field.
