The Litigation Data Analyst (Hosting Support Analyst) role operates within KLD’s Hosting business division. The position is fully remote for candidates based anywhere in India. In this role, you will handle electronic discovery data operations, manage user access permissions, extract/transform data across legal review platforms, and provide technical troubleshooting support for global legal clients.

Data Processing & ETL Workflows

• Extract, Transform, & Load (ETL): Ingest and load eDiscovery data into hosted review platforms via custom plugins, flat files, and automated scripts.
• Database Management: Build eDiscovery databases, structure workspaces, and establish role-based access permissions prior to issuing user credentials.

Technical Support & Client Services

• Technical Troubleshooting: Assist legal teams and external end-users with search query building, print setups, technical glitches, and platform navigation via email, phone, and screen-sharing sessions.
• User Onboarding: Set up user accounts, issue access invitations, and conduct initial platform walkthroughs for new clients upon request.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & SLA Adherence

• Internal Ticket Management: Pick up and resolve tasks from internal queue systems strictly within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Inter-departmental Coordination: Collaborate with Software Engineering, Application Development, IT, and Project Management teams to resolve complex platform inquiries.

Academic & Experience Requirements

• Education / Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• eDiscovery Software Expertise: Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with legal tech tools, specifically Relativity.
• Office & Data Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (data filtering, formulas, lookup functions).
• Licensing: No specific professional legal license or eDiscovery certification is required to apply.

• Communication: Clear verbal and written English communication for direct client interaction and technical support.
• Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: High technical aptitude with the ability to retain complex operational workflows and learn proprietary plugins quickly.

• Estimated Base Pay (India): ₹5,000,000 to ₹1,000,000 INR per annum (₹5–₹10 LPA), varying based on candidate experience, skill set, and interview evaluation.
