This role offers hands-on experience across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, providing a strong foundation in talent acquisition and staffing. You will collaborate with clients and candidates while gaining exposure to multiple industries, along with performance-driven career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic or virtual)
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
- Support client relationship management by ensuring timely and quality hiring delivery
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and online tools
