Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Learn and understand organizational processes, tools, and project requirements.
- Support in day-to-day activities and assigned tasks across different departments.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, data management, or project execution based on role allocation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and proactive work habits.
- Participate in training programs, knowledge-sharing sessions, and assessments as part of the development plan.
