ServiceNow Platform Development

• Custom Development: Assist in designing, configuring, and building Service Catalog Items, Flow Designer flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Core Module Maintenance: Help implement and manage core IT Service Management (ITSM) modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management.
