Team & Project Role Description

As an Application Support Engineer in the Clinical Data Management (CDM) domain, you will act as a software detective—investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues within critical business systems and life-sciences platforms. Based in Accenture’s Bengaluru office, support engineers monitor operational system stability, troubleshoot complex data flow issues, and ensure seamless availability across application components.
