In this role, you will be part of the team managing the ServiceNow platform, enabling streamlined IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, automating workflows, and building scalable cloud service integrations that improve user experiences across the global organization.

ServiceNow Platform Engineering & Configuration

• ITSM Process Implementation: Implement and enhance core ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and Service Catalog based on business requirements.
• Workflow Automation: Create and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and other core platform components.
• Custom Development & Scripting: Develop scripts and custom applications to extend standard ServiceNow capabilities and tailor platform performance.

Integrations, Performance & Collaboration

• API Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations and APIs using REST and SOAP web services to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate closely with process owners, IT service managers, and business stakeholders to translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with 1+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator, developer, or consultant.
