As a Procurement Operations New Associate, you will support client spend management, maintain tactical and transactional procurement workflows, manage supplier master data, and facilitate purchase order (PO) creation while ensuring compliance with global procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Operations

Transactional & Tactical Procurement

  • Purchase Order (PO) Execution: Process requisitions, generate purchase orders, and monitor order delivery timelines to ensure operational continuity for enterprise clients.
  • Supplier & Catalog Management: Assist with supplier onboarding, catalog maintenance, user authorization setups, and vendor master data maintenance in ERP environments.
