Within the Digital Technology organization, the AI & Data Engineering team builds enterprise-grade data and AI capabilities to enable secure, scalable, and high-quality data-driven decisions. As an Associate, AI & Data Engineering, you will design secure platform integrations across Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini Enterprise, build custom connectors, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, and manage LLMOps/MLOps pipelines.

Platform Engineering, Architecture & Extensibility

• Cross-Platform Architecture: Design, deploy, and maintain solution architectures across Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Google Gemini Enterprise, Google Workspace, and Vertex AI.
• Custom Connectors & OpenAPI: Build custom connectors, plugins, and OpenAPI manifests to integrate enterprise AI platforms with proprietary databases, ERPs, and legacy systems.
• RAG Pipeline Optimization: Design, tune, and scale Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Microsoft Graph and Google Cloud APIs.

Automation, Agentic AI & Tool Evaluations

• Autonomous Workflows: Design multi-agent workflows using Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Agent Service, or custom Python orchestration layers.
• Low-Code/Full-Code Integration: Connect low-code automations (Power Platform, Power Automate, Logic Apps) with backend scripts in Python or TypeScript.
• Emerging AI Evaluations: Conduct structured evaluations of emerging tools (Codex, Claude, Kong AI) and produce recommendation reports for leadership.

MLOps, LLMOps & Platform Governance

• LLMOps Lifecycle: Operationalize generative AI solutions across Azure AI Foundry, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights using GitHub CI/CD pipelines.
• Power Platform & Security Governance: Govern M365/Power Platform environments, enforce tenant isolation, data residency, OAuth 2.0, and DLP policies using Microsoft Purview.
• Observability & Analytics: Track AI usage metrics, API latency, response quality, and licensing costs using Power BI or Looker dashboards.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience Level: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in AI platforms, cloud engineering, automation, or data platforms.
• Programming Skills: Basic proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript for building plugins and data ingestion scripts.
