The Digital Infrastructure & Technology Services division builds, secures, and maintains modern enterprise IT environments. Working across Audio Visual (AV), Enterprise Networking, Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, Cybersecurity, and Cloud/Data Center infrastructure, this team enables digital transformations for large-scale corporate facilities and data centers.

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) or Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET), you will undergo a structured technical training program combined with hands-on, on-the-job project deployment. Local candidates are preferred across all primary locations to support hardware deployment, network configuration, system monitoring, preventive maintenance, and customer-facing support.

• Deployment & Integration: Assist project engineers in setting up, configuring, installing, and testing enterprise technologies across AV solutions, network hardware, ELV security systems, and data center racks.
• Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance: Perform routine system health checks, monitor real-time network/infrastructure performance, execute preventive maintenance schedules, and troubleshoot technical faults.
• Documentation & Network Diagrams: Prepare technical project documentation, standard operational reports, network topology diagrams, and inventory tracking logs.
• PoC & Technology Validation: Participate in Proof of Concept (PoC) testing, technology benchmarking, and component validation before full-scale client deployment.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal engineering teams, OEM vendors, clients, and service partners to ensure project milestones and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met smoothly.
• Compliance & Security: Enforce information security policies, hardware safety procedures, quality control frameworks, and client-specific compliance rules during deployment.

Academic Qualifications

• Degrees Accepted: Diploma in Engineering, B.Sc., BCA, BCS, B.E. / B.Tech, M.Sc., or MCA.
• Preferred Engineering Branches: Computer Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Electronics & Telecommunication (ENTC), Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience Level

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in IT/Infrastructure operations.
• Added Advantage: Academic projects, internships, or certifications in Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Center, or ELV systems.

Required Technical Skills
