In this role, fresh engineering graduates work at the intersection of Quality Assurance (QA) and Project Management Office (PMO) governance, facilitating software testing life cycles, project delivery tracking, risk management, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities & Daily Operations
- PMO Governance & Project Tracking: Support project managers in monitoring software testing deliverables, sprint progress, operational metrics, and delivery milestones.
- Testing Lifecycle Support: Assist functional and technical testing teams in managing end-to-end software quality assurance processes (User Acceptance Testing, Functional, and Process Testing).
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Consolidate testing data, generate project status dashboards, track defect lifecycles, and present technical status updates to engagement leads.
- Risk & Quality Assurance: Identify potential risks within technology engagements, maintain documentation compliance, and ensure adherence to software development best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams (Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, and Data Analytics) to align deliverables with client expectations.
Minimum Eligibility & Qualification Criteria
Academic Background
- Degree: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or Circuit Branches (ECE, EEE, EIE).
- Academic Threshold: Minimum 60% or above aggregate throughout academics.

Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills
