Within the Research & Development Engineering department, the Brightlayer Cloud team is building a ground-up Internet of Things (IoT) platform. IoT Platform Architecture & Software Development

• IoT Development: Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of Eaton’s foundational Internet of Things (IoT) platform, primarily coding in C# and Python.
• High-Quality Code: Write clean, modular, and unit-tested code adhering to software engineering best practices.
• Technical Documentation: Author and maintain technical designs using flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, snippets, and performance instrumentations.

Agile Execution & Quality Assurance

• Agile Workflows: Participate in sprint estimations, design reviews, code reviews, and iterative Agile project execution.
• Testing & Automation: Work with QA teams to ensure complete test case coverage, investigate and fix software bugs, and create automated test scripts.
• Continuous Learning: Expand technical knowledge, research software trends, and adopt emerging technologies to improve platform features.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related technical discipline.
• Experience Level: 0 to 2 years of progressive experience in the software industry designing, developing, and deploying tech solutions.
• Primary Tech Stack: Proficiency with C# and .NET Technologies along with IDEs (Visual Studio, Eclipse, IntelliJ).
• Work Arrangement: Willingness to work in a Hybrid model in Pune.
