As a Full Stack Developer I, you will work closely with Full Stack Developer Advisors and Solution Architects to translate high-level epics into scalable capability features, engineer resilient microservices, enforce code quality standards, and drive continuous integration across cross-functional engineering teams.

System Design & Architecture Alignment

• Epic & Feature Decomposition: Collaborate with Full Stack Developer Advisors and Application Architects to break down epics into capability and business features.
• Microservices Development: Write scalable, resilient, high-performing full-stack code and microservices targeting logistics and supply chain systems.
• Code Reviews & Quality: Lead peer code reviews, enforce secure coding standards, and implement automated testing to maximize software reliability.

Project Ownership & Technical Leadership

• Demo Content & Acceptance: Act as the primary technical owner for software demo content and solution acceptance criteria.
• Vendor & Team Mentorship: Guide onsite and offshore vendor teams, mentor junior developers, and act as a backup lead for the development manager when required.
• Cross-Group Coordination: Facilitate technical alignment across distributed engineering teams, triage competing priorities, and escalate risks to executive leadership.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical discipline.

• Standard I (Full Stack Developer I): Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in front-end and back-end application design and software development.
