The Revenue & Operations Intern role offers high-growth exposure to RevOps within a scaling B2B SaaS organization. Sitting at the intersection of Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, Finance, and Product, the intern will help optimize operating workflows, analyze business retention/renewal data, reduce cross-functional bottlenecks, and build repeatable operational playbooks.

• RevOps Infrastructure & Workflows: Assist in building, maintaining, and documenting the operational processes supporting Customer Success and Renewals teams to boost execution velocity.
• Data-Driven Decision Support: Analyze operational metrics, customer health trends, renewal statistics, and retention data to derive actionable insights for leadership.
• Cross-Functional Operations: Collaborate directly with Sales, Finance, Product, and Support teams to identify process bottlenecks and streamline cross-departmental handoffs.
• Systems & Playbook Development: Create maintainable dashboards, operational trackers, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and playbooks that increase business visibility.
• Process Automation: Utilize analytical software, spreadsheets, and modern AI/automation tools to streamline repetitive operational tasks and reporting mechanisms.

Academic Background

• Degree: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
