The Enterprise Applications practice specializes in modernizing supply chain, logistics, and ERP environments for global clients. As an OTM Techno-Functional Consultant, you will work closely with enterprise logistics teams to design, configure, integrate, and support Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud solutions that streamline order routing, freight settlement, shipment execution, and supply chain network analytics.

OTM Implementation & Solution Engineering

• Business Process Mapping: Learn OTM functional workflows and assist senior consultants in translating client supply chain requirements into OTM system configurations.
• Configuration & Technical Setup: Support the configuration of rate management, shipment execution, carrier integration, and order management parameters.
• Integrations & Data Handling: Assist with XML, JSON, REST API, and SQL data validations for integrations between OTM, ERP, and third-party logistics (3PL) systems.

Testing, Support & AI Productivity

• UAT & Support: Prepare functional specification documents, user guides, test cases, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-go-live incident resolution.
• AI-Assisted Workflow: Utilize Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude) and prompt engineering techniques for efficient documentation, data analysis, automated testing, and code generation.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech (CS, IT, ECE, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering) or MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, Systems, Business Analytics).
• Eligible Batches: 2025 and 2026 graduating batches or recent graduates with strong academic credentials.
• Technical Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and core software programming concepts.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred & AI Skills
