Data Modeling & Power BI Architecture

• Reporting Architecture: Design, maintain, and automate scalable data models compiling CRM data into analytics-ready datasets.
• Dashboard Automation: Maintain and automate Power BI dashboards and KPIs to deliver actionable sales performance visibility.
• SLA-Driven Reporting: Execute standardized reporting packages and manage ad-hoc reporting requests within strict turnaround SLAs.

Sales Performance & Trend Analysis

• Pipeline Analytics: Analyze sales activity, pipeline health, conversion trends, and seller capacity to support leadership forecasting.
• Continuous Improvement: Streamline reporting workflows, eliminate manual effort, and implement AI-enabled reporting techniques.

CRM Data Stewardship & Governance

• Data Hygiene & Remediation: Conduct CRM data cleanup, de-duplication, field validation, and account parenting alignment (D&B Hoovers / MS Dynamics).
• Opportunity & Lead Management: Remediate missing DUNS numbers, track stale pipeline opportunities, and ensure accurate contact list targeting.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any graduation discipline (B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, B.Com, BBA).
• Experience Level: 0 to 2 years (or 1 to 3 years) in data analytics, reporting, or sales operations.
• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI dashboard development, data modeling, dataset structuring, and data cleansing.
• CRM & Tools Exposure: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, MS Office Suite, and Sales Enablement tools (ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bullhorn).
