The ServiceNow Center of Excellence at Capgemini delivers end-to-end enterprise platform modernizations. In this role, ServiceNow Developers configure and customize the ServiceNow Agile Development 2.0 (ADM) module to help client organizations streamline sprint planning, backlog management, CI/CD integrations, and release tracking across global delivery teams.

ServiceNow Configuration & Module Customization

• Agile Module Architecture: Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow Agile Development (ADM) and Agile Development 2.0 modules based on business requirements.
• Platform Scripting: Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Platform Governance: Perform platform upgrades, patch management, debugging, unit testing, and enforce ServiceNow development governance standards.

Tool Integrations & Delivery Acceleration

• API & IntegrationHub Management: Integrate ServiceNow ADM with third-party DevOps tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub CI/CD pipelines) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Agile Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and release managers to configure sprint planning boards, Kanban boards, and velocity tracking.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a STEM discipline.
• Core Module Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Agile Development (ADM) and Agile Development 2.0 modules.
• Scripting Skills: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
• Integrations: Practical experience using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and data migration/import sets.
