Guided by senior engineering leads, you will work with modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices, AI productivity tools, component assembly, and system integration techniques to deliver reliable, high-quality enterprise solutions.

Software Development & Quality Assurance

• Component Design & Coding: Design, develop, and modify software components for custom information systems based on functional and technical specifications.
• Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, automated testing, and code debugging to ensure feature reliability, system assembly integrity, and high software quality.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed records of component designs, APIs, code logic, and test cases to facilitate maintenance and future updates.

SDLC, AI Adoption & Collaboration

• AI Tool Integration: Utilize established AI tools and virtual agents to streamline daily development workflows, code generation, and productivity.
• SDLC & Agile Execution: Follow team-established SDLC standards, participating in sprint reviews, Agile ceremonies, and component methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

Academic Qualifications

• Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech / B.C.A. / B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative stream).

Technical & Experience Requirements

• Experience: 0 to 1 year of professional or internship experience in software development and coding.
• Component Design & Coding: Foundational exposure to object-oriented programming, component creation, and custom software assembly.
• Testing & System Assembly: Practical knowledge of unit testing frameworks, debugging tools, and integrating software components via APIs or data interfaces.

Estimated Compensation Expectations

• Estimated Base Package: ₹4,50,000 to ₹7,50,000 INR per annum.
• Total Annual Package (CTC): ₹5,20,000 to ₹8,50,000 INR (inclusive of performance bonuses, healthcare benefits, and access to IBM learning platforms).
