The Information Security and Network Operations team is responsible for delivering robust, secure, and resilient network infrastructures.

In this role, Technical Graduate Trainees gain intensive operational exposure to enterprise network deployment, maintenance, and security controls. Trainees work directly with core routers, switches, VPNs, and security implementations while ensuring high availability, continuous network performance monitoring, and rapid troubleshooting across enterprise infrastructure.

Network Configuration & Infrastructure Support

• Device Management: Configure, manage, and maintain routers, switches, and core network devices.
• Deployment Support: Assist in LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructure deployments and expansions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate network diagrams, configuration records, and operational reports.

Monitoring & Network Security

• Infrastructure Monitoring: Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure uptime.
• Security Implementation: Support network security implementations, firewall controls, and security compliance requirements.

Troubleshooting & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Issue Diagnosis: Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity, routing, and performance bottlenecks.
• Team Alignment: Work closely with internal technical teams and security engineers to ensure seamless network operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: BE / B.Tech degree in any relevant Engineering stream.
• Year of Passing (YOP): 2025 graduates only.
• Mandatory Certifications: Candidates must hold both:
  1. CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
  2. CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
