Based at Volvo Group’s campus in Bangalore, the 1-year apprenticeship provides practical, hands-on On-the-Job Training (OJT) within the Finance and Accounts Payable operational units.

• Invoice Management: Prepare, scan, verify, and register daily incoming vendor and operational invoices into financial accounting systems.
• Invoice Matching & Error Handling: Perform three-way matching (Purchase Order, Receiving Advice, and Vendor Invoice) to identify and resolve pricing/quantity discrepancies.
• Accounts Payable Operations: Assist senior accountants in vendor query resolution, ledger reconciliation, and payment batch preparation.
• Financial Data Entry & Reporting: Use MS Excel and ERP tools to update transactional logs, maintain invoice audit trails, and support monthly closing tasks.
• Process Compliance: Ensure all invoice registration workflows comply with internal financial controls and Indian tax/accounting guidelines.

Academic Background

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration (B.Com or BBA).
• NATS Registration Eligibility: Must meet Government of India NATS eligibility criteria for fresh graduate apprentices.
